The Sierra del Perdón, on whose hill there is a wind farm, sets the tone for today's stage, with a forceful and rocky descent. Alto del Perdón is a magnificent viewpoint, and if the weather permits it, we can see our Pamplona and the Pyrenees behind us; ahead, we will see the small towns of the extensive Navarrese plain through which we will pass today. Villages made of stone from the region, nuanced with the nearby cereal fields.
We will finish visiting Puente la Reina, a town that was born by and for the Via Compostela. Founded in the 12th century by Alfonso I el Batallador, it admirably preserves its initial urban layout. Its urban structure is an example of a "village-street", a town built around its main street and not around a protective castle.

We begin our walk to first meet Muruzábal, with its baroque palace of the time, now converted into a winery. A small detour through the countryside connects us with the so-called Aragonese Way to Santiago to find the Hermitage of Eunate from the 12th century on a lonely plain and for many, a magical place due to its symbology. The track comes out onto the asphalt road to go up to Obanos, known as the village of the Infanzones. Our tour ends at Puente La Reina, an emblematic town on the Camino in Navarra, crossing its main street among beautiful examples of civil and religious architecture to finish at its beautiful Medieval Bridge, from which it gets its name. Transfer to the drivers of each car to the Mirador del Perdón, beginning of the walk, where the cars are parked.
