India… Unique experience! A world full of colors, flavors and different culture. Spice markets, temples with countless gods. We visited Delhi, Agra and Vanarasi, we sailed down the Ganges, they taught us their rituals… Chaotic and crowded cities… A family trip that we have great memories of. Thanks to Itsaslur for organizing this wonderful trip, with guides, charming people, who provided us with each of the cities. In short, I am looking forward to repeating these vacations and of course, counting on this wonderful travel agency that always facilitates these special getaways.

We met Viajes Itsaslur in 2003. 15 days before going to Senegal, a wholesaler left us literally stranded. In 4 days, with the technology of that time, Viajes Itsaslur confirmed the entire trip for us, tailoring it at a price similar to that of the canceled group.

I perfectly remember the driver Atu and the guide Topy incredible people. So much so that they even invited us to eat couscous at their house with their whole family.

Amazing!!!! Since then we continue traveling with Itsaslur.

We are a couple who love to travel... we have always been dreamers and we like to see the world. Meet different people, their culture and we love nature.

For all these reasons, we wanted to find a travel agency that knew the countries to visit (their customs, their places), when to go, how to go... and of course that also knew how to solve any problems that might arise before and during the trip. . I was going to many travel agencies looking for this type of advice and the truth is that it was very very difficult to find, rather impossible…. Until suddenly, on a corner of Calle Sangüesa I saw a small travel agency called “ Itsaslur”, and I said… let's try it. At that time, the idea was to go to Brazil. Amaia attended me, and it was great! I said to myself: This is the person I was looking for. The first thing he transmits is the security with which he speaks to you about that country. How to do it, when to go, what to visit. A person who likes what he is doing. Someone who not only takes you a brochure and reads you what is written (that's why I can do it myself). Someone really professional.

In the end, for other reasons, that year we did not go to Brazil, but I knew that I was not going to go to any other agency that was not Viajes Itsaslur.

We have been to many countries with them (New Zealand, India, Zambia, Indonesia, Uganda, Egypt etc…) and everything was perfect.

And not because everything went well, but when there were problems they knew how to solve it effectively. I remember, without a doubt, when we were in Uganda and unfortunately my mother died while there. Quickly, we called the Agency to arrange for us to return as soon as possible... and they did so, and very well.

Well, I can only thank everyone who makes up the Itsaslur Travel team for their great work, for making the dreams of others come true.

In 2018 we walked through the national parks of the West Coast of the United States. We have traveled with Itsaslur to Myanmar, Colombia, Ethiopia, Romania and the USA. If we had to choose one trip out of all the ones we've done, it would be the USA.

They told me that they would refund the amount of the canceled flight and it has been so, despite the time that has passed and the fact that the moment is not easy at all. The experience with Itsaslur has always been positive.

We have made several trips in a motorhome,   as a couple, with family and with friends. All this contrasted with Itsaslur, with its great experience and wise advice.

USA . With our children we traveled the west on our own, visiting National Parks such as the Grand Canyon of Colorado, Monument Valley, Yosemite or cities as diverse as Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Every day a different landscape.

NORWAY . With some friends, enjoying those eternal summer days in fascinating places, without any hurry, sailing through fjords and visiting postcard towns that you can only discover by traveling on your own.

NEW ZEALAND . Country to discover in a motorhome without any doubt. The beautiful landscapes of the South Island with its contrasts, trekking through the Southern Alps, fjords, glaciers, incredible coastal formations, dream beaches just for us in Abel Tasman, etc. And the North Island with its volcanic parks and the Tongariro trek, one of the most beautiful one-day treks in the world.

You start traveling from the moment the trip is planned. And in the spring of 2019 we began to dream together with Viajes Itsaslur in a great family getaway. After analyzing the proposals that they prepared for me (Africa, Canada, Mexico…) we opted for Thailand. We went in August and it was an absolutely wonderful trip. The country is highly recommended, the people welcoming and generous; impressive landscapes and exquisite food. Everything was great until the last day. Hours before catching the plane home, my husband accidentally fell and sustained a significant head injury. A person from the hotel accompanied us to a hospital. They treated us kindly but they needed to close the issue of the bill as soon as possible. I started calling the travel insurance that we had contracted with Itsaslur. I tried several times but they did not answer me and in the end, I called the Agency directly. Amaia picked me up right away (here it would be seven in the morning) and told me not to worry about a thing, to pay the hospital bill and we'd go to the airport as soon as possible, she'd take care of it. So it was. She took care of the insurance and the processing of the policy. The care at the hospital was exquisite. We paid the corresponding invoice, we arrived on time to catch the return flight and once in Pamplona, Itsaslur took care of processing the claim and they returned all the money, including transportation to the hospital. Whenever I have traveled with Itsaslur I have felt the security that I should only take care of enjoying myself. And so it has always been.

For those who want a getaway to a level mountain and also have a great time, there is no trip like Kilimanjaro. Combination of mountains, fauna and fantastic people. The top of Africa, to repeat. The highly recommended Machame Route. The organization of Viajes Itsaslur impeccable.

We are a group of 6 friends who wanted to go to JORDAN, we were presented with well-organized and standardized circuits... it occurred to us that we could do it in a personalized way and we proposed it to Amaia.

The ITSASLUR management arranged for us an adjusted trip with a transfer that was a "bannet" OF 9/PAX WITH DRIVER AND GUIDE and a circuit that we were proposing..., It could be similar to the one offered to us in other agencies, but this one was free of charge. to be able to adapt it according to the day, interest and even our mood .

Essential LOCAL DRIVER, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY THE GUIDE, who spoke perfectly in Spanish. Starting a day the other way around from how the rest of the tours were carried out,... I remember the visit to JERASH... it allowed you to see ruins and archaeological remains alone and without crowds, which only 30 minutes later meant enduring long waits,... improvise entering a market through a door, cross it and... have them wait for us at the exit in another area (no waiting). Arriving at PETRA PEQUEÑA just before closing the previous afternoon, when we had scheduled it for the following day (it allowed us to see PETRA calmly and in depth the following day).

We went through those that had been proposed to us in the program, plus those that were offered to us in the different places. Ex: Extending the trip to AGABA, with a view of corals included, extending the circuit in the desert in WADI RUMM to be able to see the sunset…. The idea of a GUIDE for us... imagine, allowed us to get to know the entire circuit without stress. Having an interlocutor of everything we saw at all times.

It was a success and a magnificent memory.

We have been traveling for 30 years with this group of ITSASLUR professionals , who always try to help us make our wishes come true and organize a tailor-made trip for us.
